• New enquiries please submit a ticket to our customer support department or telephone 02 6061 1464 and if your call is not answered leave a message for us to return your call. Your call should be returned within 2 hours on business days.
• You can also utilise the live help that is available at the bottom of the all pages by clicking on it when a representative is online.
• Existing customers with either domain or website hosting support needs are required to submit a ticket to our support desk. This is much quicker than phoning us and will sort 95% of your problems out with ease.
